Privacy Policy

Saathik, a product of Flipoye, is built to remember what you tell it and to keep it yours. This explains what we collect, why, and what we never do.

What we collect

• Your account — your email, an optional name, and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• What you say to it — the conversations, notes and photos you share, which Saathik keeps as its memory so it can be useful to you over time.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details.
• Basic usage — what features you use and what they cost, to show you your balance and keep the service running.

How your conversations are handled

To answer and teach you, Saathik processes your words securely to generate a response and return it to you. The memory Saathik keeps for you is stored so it can recall what you told it — that is the point of the product.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in, session continuity and improving the experience. You may disable them in your browser, though some features may stop working.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor (Razorpay) strictly to complete your transaction, under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private conversations to advertise to you.

Your rights

You can see everything Saathik remembers, remove any single memory, or erase all of it, from your account settings. You can also export your data or close your account at any time.
