Saathik is a digital service. There is nothing to ship.

How you receive it

Saathik has no physical products, so no goods are shipped and there are no shipping charges or delivery times to wait for.
Your account is created instantly when you sign up; add ₹100 in credits to start.
When you top up, credits are added to your balance immediately after a successful Razorpay payment.
You use your assistant right away — on the web, added to your phone's home screen, or on Telegram.

If a payment succeeded but your credits have not appeared, email support@saathik.com with your Razorpay transaction ID and we will sort it out.
