Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Saathik, a product of Flipoye. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account

Provide accurate details and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You create one assistant on registration and add credits (from ₹100) to start using it.

2. Credits, payments & expiry

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Saathik is pay-as-you-go. One credit equals one rupee, and every action shows what it costs. There is no subscription.
• Your balance never expires. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Because Saathik delivers a digital service that is consumed as you use it, purchased credits are non-refundable except in the case of a verified technical failure on our side — see our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Saathik for anything unlawful, or to harm or harass others.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not share your login or resell access without our written permission.

4. What Saathik is, and is not

Saathik is an assistant and a language tutor and it can be wrong. Its output — including any lesson content, translation, pricing, or other answer — is for your convenience and must not be relied on as professional advice. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Your content and ours

You own what you say to Saathik and what it produces for you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service and to keep the memory you ask it to keep. The Saathik platform, software and prompts are the property of Flipoye; unauthorised reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flipoye is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Saathik. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
